There are multiple bits of information in this email. Please read through!! First below is the warm up information for the Phillips Meet this Saturday:
Session 1
8:50 - 9:10 a.m Tomahawk lanes 1-2 Flambeau lanes 3-4 Phillips lanes 5-6
9:10 - 9:30 a.m. Swarm lane 1 Medford lanes 2-3 Rice Lake lanes 4-5 Swimming starts at 10:00 a.m.
Session 2 (2 - 20 min swims immediately following session 1 completion)
12:10 - 12:30 p.m. (approx)
Tomahawk lanes 1-2
Flambeau lanes 3-4
Phillips lanes 5-6
12:30 - 12:50 p.m. (approx) Black River lanes 1-2 Medford lanes 3-4 Rice Lake lanes 5-6 Swimming to start at 1:00 p.m. Please see attached timing session PDF for reference.
Divisional Meet Swag
Tier One Sports is going to be the supplier of T-Shirts for the Divisional Meet. In the past they have been at the meet taking orders. They are short staffed this year, so the only way to obtain a T-shirt would be to order one online. Please see the link forTier One to order, if interested. Tier One East Divisional
Rhinelander Meet Fees
For swimmers that participated in the Rhinelander Invite, I had sent out meet fees prior to the meet. Rhinelander decided those fees were too high. There is a flat fee for each swimmer of 14.00 dollars. IF you have already paid, please contact Lori Lashua to discuss how to handle your refund. If you have not paid, please drop off your fee in the pool drop box so we can get Rhinelander their check quickly. Thank you!!
High School GNC Meet
The high school boys team is hosting their GNC meet on February 4th. They are looking for 4-5 individuals that would be willing to help time during the meet. If you can help, please reach out to Coach Melissa to coordinate. Thank you!!
TSC END OF THE YEAR PARTY
The end of the season party will take place on Saturday February 26th. Because we missed our home meet, we will start the day with a modified, fun swim meet. More information will be coming out as the meet has to be created. Please mark your calendars. We plan on having some fun events and would like as many swimmers and parents to come as possible. After swimming, we will have a pizza party and awards as a way to celebrate our swim season and as a thank you to parents for making a successful season possible. We plan on starting the swim session at 3:00 with an end time between 4:00 and 4:30. Pizza and awards will start by 5 and run until 6:00.
