Swim families:

Just wanted to share the update from Black River Falls about restrictions in the gym and possible need for volunteers. Please see below:

I just wanted to send a few updates. We have a new floor in our gymnasium - please pass along to your parents that no eating or drinking, other than water is allowed in the Gym. Now for the second and most important matter. Our team has been getting hit hard with Covid. It seems like every week we have a couple families out. We just lost our main coach and her family for this Saturday's meet. That being said I am concerned about us having enough help to run this meet. I would appreciate it if we knew that we had 12 volunteer timers coming that we can count on. So far Swarm has offered two and so has ECAC, plus I know they are asking more families. I do not think we will need 12 timers but I would like to know that if needed they will be available so we can pull this meet off. If you could all ask your swim families and get back to me with a definite count of how many we can count on that would be appreciated.

I did relay to Black River Falls that I could not provide numbers prior to the meet as we have a small number of swimmers attending, but I wanted all to be aware there may be a need to help them out. 

Also, I wanted to send out a reminder about the services Tier One is providing this year.  Tier One is a t shirt vendor and is usually at the meet for t shirt orders. Due to lack of staff, they will not be there in person. There will only be an opportunity for online orders.
