Swim Families:

Registration has been streamlined to an online version this year as relayed in a previous email.  We have received some concern that paying up front for volunteer hours is not feasible for everyone.  The move to an online method of payment was to help streamline the registration process, not create roadblocks in having children swim.

We will have two options now available.  We will have the original option of paying the registration fee, pool pass fee, and your fundraising/volunteer requirements up front. You will receive the fundraising/volunteer requirements back as soon as those are met.

The second option will ask you to pay your registration fee and pool pass fee online when you register your swimmer.  You will be able to enter the  discount code 0123 that will remove the volunteer/fundraising portion of registration.  

If the fundraising/volunteer portion of registration is removed, you will need to turn in a check for 250.00 that the club will hold until those requirements are met.  The check MUST be turned in by the mandatory parent meeting on October 17th. You may also drop checks of at the pool in the swim club drop box or mail to the clubs PO Box 656. 

Checks must be received by October 17th for your child to being practice on October 18th, otherwise they will not be able to get into the water.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a great swim season. The coaches and board members put a lot of effort in each year in an effort to bring swimming to the community youth.
