Swim Families:

I realized I did not explain some aspects of the NLAC waiver I sent out yesterday.  NLAC is our governing swim body and is also another opportunity for swimmers to join and have more meet opportunities both during our season and afterwards. 

It is not mandatory to join the larger NLAC team, but it is mandatory to sign the waiver. I will attach information that was received from Shari Bergman IF there are any swimmers who would like to join to get more time in the pool.  This is something that will be offered every year, so there is no immediate obligation to join. Just say no to the 15.00 ask if not interested on the waiver.

USA Swimming offers reduced registration fees for athletes from low income families. For information relating to the "outreach" program, click here: Outreach Instruction/Information Here is our Outreach Registration Link: Outreach Registration

Membership fees are $82.00 (includes a $68 fee to USA Swimming and a $14 fee to WI Swimming) or through the Outreach program, fees are $7.00 (includes a $5 fee to USA Swimming and a $2 fee to WI Swimming). The Registration Fee is due at the time of your online registration using one of the above Registration Links.In addition, there is a separate $15.00 NLAC fee that each Member Athlete will pay directly to their team (i.e. Merrill, Rice Lake, etc.) and that team will be responsible for forwarding those fees to me. NLAC will no longer be accepting direct payments from parents or guardians for the NLAC fee.

Last but not least, I have opened up the volunteer sign up for our Home Meet on December 10th.  Each family will sign up for 2 lines of donations, with the EXCEPTION of the basket raffle items. Each basket donation counts as two lines and should approx. value 30 dollars. 

Each family should sign up for an entire days shift. You can keep the same job all day or switch mid day to another one. We will take ANY available person in your place if you cannot volunteer. 

We anticipate approximately 300 folks attending our meet in some capacity
