Good evening swim families:

Our home meet sign up is now open for both swim entries and for volunteer positions. We have approximately 210 swimmers expected at this meet, but actual numbers will vary as we will not know until we get entries back from attending teams.

Event sign up is due by Monday December 4th at 5:00. We cannot accept late entries so please get your swimmers in by the 4th. If your swimmer has a preference for an event, please add a note for the coaches in the note section.

Please volunteer for a morning and afternoon job to meet the volunteer requirements. We will have more positions available due to the size of this meet so we always welcome anyone who would be willing to help.  If you have family or friend who is available and willing, please let me know and I can add them temporarily to Swimtopia. It is much easier to see who will be volunteering if I have the actual names. 

We have grouped our donation lines to equal 15 dollars per line. We used Walmart pricing to come up with the groupings. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR 2 LINES, with the exception for raffle baskets which are worth TWO lines or 30 dollars.

To recap, please sign up for the following:

1. A full day job at least one family member but more would always be welcome.  Jobs can be split into an am job or a pm job. There are many jobs that MUST be filled at a meet, or we cannot run it. 

2. Donations: two lines if bringing food items or one line if donating a raffle basket.
