Our conference home meet is Saturday, December 13th, 2025. In order to make these meets successful, we need all hands on deck!  We ask each swim family to sign-up to donate AT LEAST ONE LINE ITEM for our concession stand. Or if you prefer you may choose to sign-up to make a CASH donation of $30.00 instead that the board/concession committee will use to complete the list of items needed for the concession stand. Alternatively, you may choose to donate up to one of 5 additional raffle baskets needed for the raffle donation as well.

In addition, ALL SWIM FAMILIES MUST SIGN-UP to work ONE MORNING and ONE AFTERNOON slot!  Please remember, many of these jobs are required by USA Swimming and we cannot run a smooth meet without the help of all of our families.  If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer commitment, you may find a friend or family member who is at least 14+ years of age or older to take your place.

Any swim family who does not fulfill their donation or volunteer commitment will forfeit that portion of their registration fee as explained in the TSC handbook.  Please reach out with any questions or concerns.  We appreciate everyone's help in making this a fun and successful meet for the club!
